Digital courses and guides

Because our courses, guides, and downloads are digital and delivered instantly, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If a course, guide, or download isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full. After 7 days, digital purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Courses purchased through a third-party platform (for example, astratrainer.com) follow that platform's own refund terms.

Monthly membership — how billing works

  • Your membership is billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) at the price shown when you sign up, plus any tax.

  • It automatically renews each billing period at the same price until you cancel.

  • You can cancel anytime, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

  • We charge the payment method on file until you cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and cancelling your membership, or by contacting us through our contact page. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Refunds on membership payments

We do not provide partial refunds for a billing period once it has started. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. If you were charged for a renewal you clearly intended to cancel, contact us and we'll review it.

How to request a refund

Send your request through our contact page or to hello@nicolenoraminidoxies.com with your order details. We aim to respond within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please reach out to us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in loss of access to purchased content while the dispute is reviewed.

We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date above when we do.
